By browsing, accessing, subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. By mere use of the website you shall be contracting with ChikuFresh.

ChikuFresh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms, ChikuFresh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the website and services offered by ChikuFresh.

We are using images who have creative common zero licence in our website, in case if you feel that we are there is a copyright infringement, please mail us with proper proof at info@chikufresh.com, we will take down that image as soon as we can.

Customers will not have any claim against ChikuFresh for any time delay in delivery order due to any technical reasons.

ChikuFresh reserves the rights to discontinue, deactivate, or terminate any customer if the customer in terms of bad manners.

The materials appearing on ChikuFresh's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Chikufresh does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Chikufresh may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. ChikuFresh does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to ChikuFresh, You agree and understand that You are communicating with ChikuFresh through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from ChikuFresh periodically and as and when required. ChikuFresh may communicate with You by email, sms, telephone or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise. Your use of the website entitles you to receive periodic communication regarding ChikuFresh services through email, sms, telephone or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise. If you wish to not receive periodic informational communication from ChikuFresh you can unsubscribe to the communication by calling our Customer Care Number or sending us unsubscribe email.

Access to ChikuFresh website / application and membership is free. However, ChikuFresh reserves the right to charge a fee and change its policies from time to time. ChikuFresh reserves the right, without notice to You, to introduce new services and or modify existing services along with fees. Introduction to fees or modification to any existing fees is effective immediately upon implementation on the website. At the time of delivery, plastic bags are chargeable (per Government regulations) if required by the customer.

Pricing/Typographical error
Product prices are as shown on the Website / Application and are subject to incorrect data received from suppliers, technical issues and or typographical errors. ChikuFresh, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the prices and products offered on the Website to fix such errors or otherwise without any prior notice by ChikuFresh. ChikuFresh reserves any right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

ChikuFresh will only process the order after the payment has been processed in case of online payment. ChikuFresh will try to deliver the products as per the order submitted by the user, but it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. The User does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of Cash on Delivery payments.

The title and the risk of the products shall pass onto You upon ChikuFresh delivering the products to you and you accepting the products. Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But ChikuFresh shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the User or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.

Products OR Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Cancellation Policy:

ChikuFresh believes in helping!

All orders made on www.chikufresh.com by default are non-cancellable after 5 hours of placed order and any request for cancellation / refund of order/s after 5 hours of successful transaction is not allowed. Chikufresh will be able to cancel orders that have been processed within 5 hours. Chikufresh has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. Chikufresh reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.

Chikufresh will Refund All money in case of cancellation of Transaction to customer and the Amount will be Credited to customer given account within 7-10 working days

Please call us at +91 88712-90809 immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. If your order is a scheduled order, please call us or email us at info@chikufresh.com one day ahead to guarantee a modification or cancellation.

Refund Policy:

ChikuFresh believes in helping!

We maintain an absolute "No Questions Asked" policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the excellence, freshness or quality of the products, please do return the necessary items to the delivery executive at time of delivery. The delivery executive will get the items back and process the entire refund on the spot for cash on delivery payments or within the next 7 days for secure online payments.

If you are not satisfied with Quality or for any reason you have to return any item that you have ordered. you can return the item to the delivery boy at the time of delivery by deducting the item amount from the total COD amount payable of the generated bill.
In case of Wallet / Online payment we will credit the amount as a refund of returned item into your account within 7-10 days.

If any item find Sub Standard Quality after Delivery boy left your door call us on +91 88712-90809 to register your Feedback, we will be analyse to improve our working and check points and get back to you within 24 hours after your complaint is registered Once Delivery boy left your door we are not responsible for any type of Return/Refund/Replacement.
No Return or Refund are possible, if complaints are registered after 12 hour but your feedbacks to improve our services are always welcomed.
